Annemie studied marketing at the University of Pretoria, South Africa before relocating to Aspen. Obermeyer Place Redevelopment Company recruited her in November of 2003, as part of the sales & marketing team. All eighteen free market residences in the Obermeyer Place Development were placed under contract on March 22, 2004 at a total value of $48 million. Annemie joined Aspen Sotheby's International Realty in April 2004 as a licensed real estate broker.
